What's on the Menu Wednesday! 

Today we are talking about Cauliflower. Yes, if you know me, you'll know that I LOVE cauliflower steaks and I'm sharing the recipe with you today.

Cauliflower Steaks:

Tools / Ingredients:
- Cooking brush to spread oil
- Baking sheet
- Aluminum Foil
2 heads - Cauliflower
2 Tablespoons - Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon – Kosher Salt
1 Teaspoon – Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon – Garlic Powder (Or 2 tbsp minced garlic)
1 Teaspoon – Paprika

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Wash Cauliflower heads
3. Remove bottom and leaves
Remove rounded sides to form a solid rectangle-ish figure
Keep excess for other recipes!
Slice into ¾ Inch-thick slices
(you’ll get about 2-3 steaks per head)
4. Brush both sides of each steak with Olive Oil
Sprinkle with seasonings and place on foil covered baking sheet
Bake for 15 min on one side – Carefully turn over and bake the other side for 15 min.
Let cool and enjoy!!
