Health Facts: Cauliflower is a cancer fighting vegetable, it also has the added benefit of providing your body with Vitamin C and K both strong for the immune system, skin and supporting healthy digestion


2 x 2 1/2cm (1 inch) thick cut Cauliflower Steaks
Cobram Estate Olive Oil
Pinch of salt
1 Can of Chickpeas, drained
1 clove of Garlic
1/2 Cup Tahini
Pinch of Paprika


Add 2 Tbsp olive oil to a frypan on medium high heat, season both sides of cauliflower with salt and cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and repeating on the other side for the same time. (If your Cauliflower is hard to the touch, stick it in a 200 degrees c 375F, oven for 7 minutes. Set aside.
For the hummus, combine chickpeas, garlic, 1/4 Olive oil and Tahini in a blender and blitz until smooth
To serve spread hummus on a board, top with cauliflower and finish with Arugula/Rocket
